Greece is in the worst financial crisis ever and this worldwide wellknown Greek financial crisis is now forcing us to use alternative ways to sell our house and to get the real value of it back. We are a danish family who are the owners of a dream house in Greece which will be sold as a house raffle in the forthcoming months. The House is located 30 kilometer from Athens center, more precisely in Porto Rafti (Attika) on the Avlaki beach – same is only 12 kilometer from the Athens airport, so actually very easy to reach no matter if you live in Athens or you come from abroad by airplane. This dream house on which we will make the house raffle, can be used either as a holiday or weekend house or as we did as a normal house for permanently living. The dream house has a 700 squaremeter garden, in which a 12 x 6 m big swimming pool is placed plus you have full seaview from all windows in the house towards the blue Aegean Sea.
This dream house was for some years our perfect dream house, but due to a new job we moved from Greece in December 2009 and we have now decided to prepare a house raffle to take place as soon as possibile, which means we are in the proceedings to prepare the legal and practical issues connected to such house raffle.
